Privacy Policy
How JustJoJo Entertainment handles information you provide when you use this website.
Last updated: 23 July 2026
1. Who we are
JustJoJo Entertainment is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Our contact address is 13 Lennox Close, RM16 6AP, Essex. For questions about this policy or your personal information, email promotions@justjojoentertainment.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect and use:
- Your name, email address, enquiry topic and message when you use the contact form.
- Information you choose to include in emails or other correspondence with us.
- Limited technical request and security information processed by our hosting provider, such as IP address, request time, page requested, browser user agent and response status.
Please do not send bank details, payment-card information or other sensitive financial information through the public contact form.
3. Why we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Receive, assess and respond to enquiries.
- Take steps you request before potentially entering into a service agreement.
- Maintain the security, reliability and availability of the website.
- Keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.
- Establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.
4. Lawful bases
Where UK data protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interests to operate the website, protect it and respond to ordinary business enquiries; steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; performance of a contract where one exists; and compliance with legal obligations. We do not use contact-form details for unrelated direct marketing without an appropriate lawful basis.
5. Contact-form delivery
Contact-form submissions are validated by the website and sent by email through Resend to our Microsoft 365 team inbox. The website does not save submissions to its own database. Resend, Microsoft and their infrastructure providers may process the information as needed to deliver, secure and store the email.
6. Other sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with Google Cloud for website hosting, the email providers described above, professional advisers where reasonably necessary, and courts, regulators or law-enforcement bodies where required by law. We require service providers to handle information only for the agreed purpose and with appropriate protection.
7. International processing
Some technology providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK. Where UK transfer rules apply, we use providers and safeguards intended to provide an appropriate level of protection, such as recognised adequacy arrangements or approved contractual protections.
8. Retention
We keep enquiry and correspondence records only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting business relationship, maintain necessary records and meet legal or dispute requirements. The period depends on the nature of the enquiry, whether services are provided and any applicable limitation or record-keeping requirements. Technical security logs are retained according to our hosting provider's configured retention period.
9. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. These rights can be subject to legal conditions and exemptions.
To make a request, email promotions@justjojoentertainment.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
10. Cookies and similar technology
We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this public website. Essential technical storage may be used where required for security or core functionality. If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technology, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls required by law.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards for the website and enquiry flow, including encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, validation and abuse protections. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use the public contact form only for information appropriate to an initial enquiry.
12. Children
The public contact form is not intended to collect information from children without the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to contact us with you. If you believe a child has submitted information without appropriate involvement, please tell us so we can review it.
13. Third-party websites
Our website may link to social platforms, digital service providers or other websites. Their handling of personal information is governed by their own privacy notices, not this policy.
14. Changes to this policy
We review this policy when our website, providers or data-handling practices change. The date at the top shows the latest update.
15. Contact us
Questions or requests can be sent to promotions@justjojoentertainment.com or submitted through our contact page.
